This hotel is a great find! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Boa Viagem beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The rooms, especially the ones with balconies, are cozy and well-equipped. The breakfast spread is impressive, with freshly made tapioca and eggs to order.
No major issues, everything was spot on!

The staff was very good, and they speak English well. The breakfast is very good (many kinds of food, and you can eat at will, from 6h to 10h).
They do not have a converter from electric plug of my computer (I am from France) to their switches/sockets in rooms, so I had to ask someone to another hotel to give me such a converter to charge my computer. The refrigerator and the air conditioner in the room are noisy. Especially, for my first room the air conditioner in the hall was very noisy, so I asked to change my room (and they gave my another one). On the last day, when I wanted to pay, my eurocard/mastercard card was refused by their device (there was surely a problem with their device), so I was forced to get out cash from a nearby bank with greater taxes.

Cozy pool and bar area. Chic room decoration. Friendly and accommodating staff. Really good check-in experience. Great breakfast with vegetarian options. Excellent location near the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Beautiful lights and music in the restaurant. Nice pool area with a bar.
Nothing negative to say.

This hotel is at a great location, about 15 minutes from the airport, the cab ride is around $24 reais. There is a transfer included if you book through Booked.net but you have to call days before to confirm. The staff are super nice and they speak english well, Breno helped us a lot at the front desk. The breakfast is amazing, lots of fruit, breads, cakes, cheeses and ham, also the typical meat (carne de sol) and "macaxeira"(yuca). There is also someone (Josi is her name) preparing omelets, "tapioca" just outside by the pool where we eat breakfast. The bar at the pool is open 24 hours and there's a nice lounge at the second floor. The city tour Recife-Olinda was great!! Leandro from the travel agency at the hotel helped us with that.
The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are ok, I would suggest some renovations for the bathroom but overall this hotel is still a great deal for the price. The air-conditioning system is good and their pillows are very soft, goose feather. The food price is a little overpriced but there is a "padaria" or coffee-bread place around the corner from the hotel where you can get bread and sandwiches for half of the price. The padaria also sell beer, sodas, milk, cookies and have lunch during the day. The hotel is also near by a shopping mall, about 6-7 blocks west, the mall is very nice and food is very good. The beach is about 3 blocks east...super nice and convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids and couples.

Breakfast was very nice! And the reastaurant in the evening served very good food. Staff was very helpful and most of them spoke english.
Rooms are very basic and not particularly clean or comfortable which is disappointing since the rest of the hotel is so nice.

Spent a nice Easter vacation at a hotel in Recife! Really enjoyed the cozy pool area and the location was ideal, only a few blocks away from the beach and other attractions. the breakfast was a definite highlight with lots of options, including vegetarian choices. the staff was also accommodating, letting us check in early and have breakfast even after official hours.
The standard room was disappointing. the bed and bathroom were not up to standard and the room was quite noisy.

The location was good. Hotel stuff were very friendly.
Overpriced (like all other places in Recife). Room was old, shower was too small. There was no safe in the room.

The pool and bar area was very cozy. The room decoration was chic. The staff was very friendly in making the exception that we could check in and get our room right at our arrival at 8 a.m.!!! And we were allowed to have breakfast even though the official breakfast time was appearantly over (few minutes after 10 p.m.).
Only one of the receptionists I met spoke fluent English. It was a bit unclear for us how to deal in the restaurant or bar, whether we should order at the bar or if the waiter came to our table. Noone greeted us as we entered the restaurant / bar area or guided us to a table and it took a while until we got the menu. It was also unclear wheter we pay right after or at check-out. So my suggestion for improvement: a brief English course for the waiters and a bit more smile and service attitude. And the bathroom in our room needed some renovation. Everything worked fine but the condition of the bathroom (some dirty tiles, dirty mirror, cheap-looking lime green painted wall) was definetely not in harmony with the condition of the room, which was very good. Safety box in our room didn't work or lacked instructions.

The hotel was very attractive in the comun areas such as the pool and resturant . Staff were good in repairing problems I had during my stay. The latter room on the third floor with balkcony was comfortable and bright. Its in a very practical location
The first room along a corridor rooms 101 to 117 was mouldy and closed with asmell of sewerage and the air conditioning didnt work correctly. I asked to move to a different room which was much better but the air conditioning was noisy and the shower, which is electrically heated was broken. The rooms have been partially improved but still looks old.

Nice space inside to sit, with pool. Location about 400 m from the beach.
Our room had almost no daylight, window only to the hallway. Rooms with windows are probably noisy because of music at the pool area after 22.00 hours.Hotel not easy to spot when arriving by car.

Nice business Hotel located in downtown Recife, not far away from the airport (count 30 r$ for taxi at night) and close to the urban beach of Boa Viagem (300m). It's difficult to move around if I do not rent a car. You may book a city tour from the hotel travel agency for r$ 40 (4h), worth to visit Olinda. For food, if you're done with rice&beans, you may want to try a very nice and small (6 tables) Argentinian Restaurant located two blocks away called Olivos.

The hotel is out of the European standards. Room was run-down, door hardly fitted the door frame (neither did windows) so I was unable to sleep (despite the jet-lag) as the cooling devices of a cold store neighboring my room were working all the time. The windows glazing was made of ground glass (the reason - as I see it - was that the room overlooked the passage) so it was not enough light in the room to work, read a book, etc. The water heating device in the bathroom offers you three levels of cold water, I was sick and tired of explaining it to the staff that barely spoke English. The most surprising was the extremely high price of the hotel. Here in Europe I would have the truly 3-star hotel for that price (or even 4-star in central and southern Europe). I sincerely do not recommend this hotel to anybody, no matter what is the reason of your coming to Recife.
